Potato Avocado Salad

2 small red potatoes, cooked and diced
1/4 Haas avocado, diced
1 handful grape tomatoes
1 stalk celery, diced
2T olive oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix!  Chill!  Eat!

Things that would have been nice in this, if I had had them:
cilantro
scallion
sunflower seeds
extra firm tofu, diced
broccoli florets
